The flowers are a rich deep red in color, while the leaves are petite and display a dark green hue. The pods, which measure around 15 cm in length and 1 cm in thickness, exhibit a star-shaped stick structure and are of a dark green color. The seeds within the pods remain embedded and the pod flesh is substantial, convex on the ventral side, devoid of tendons and fibrotic membranes.
